Q. Can I buy direct from Home Styles?

A. Homes Styles does not sell direct. We only sell directly to furniture retailers.

Q. What is the Home Styles warranty?

A. Home Styles will replace up to 3 major parts free of charge within 30 business days of the ship date with proof of purchase. Small hardware parts will be replaced as needed. In rare cases where more than 3 parts need to be replaced, the product would be deemed defective and a new unit would have to be ordered. To return your product, please contact the dealer from whom you purchased your item.

Q. What is the best way to clean our furniture?

A. Home Styles recommends you clean your furniture with a soft, damp cloth. Use a mild dishwasher soap mixed with water if necessary. Our granite tops should be sealed at least once a year (twice for frequent use) with a non-toxic granite or stone sealer available at any home improvement store.

Q. What type of wood are most Home Styles products made of?

A. Home Styles products are made from Asian hard wood with some veneer. Most of our product is covered with a clear coat finish to protect against wear and tear occurring from normal use.

Q. Who do I contact for a return?

A. If you choose to return your item please contact the dealer whom you purchased your item from.

Q. How do I go about finding a dealer that sells your product?

A. The easiest way to find a dealer who sells Home Styles product is to Google the item number. It will then give you a list of dealers that who that particular item.
